Process risks
Improved infrastructure and analysis
Significantly improved equipment, operation plant and process structures have been identified as a result of the use of some important risk management tools and specific audits on critical processes. After recognizing the most expressive hazardous conditions of the work fronts and production processes, multidisciplinary teams plan to adopt and implement control measures with the purpose of eliminating or minimizing operational risks, which, consequently, allows several improvements in the infrastructure.
These risk management tools include HazOp (Hazards & Operability), which identifies hazard conditions of processing plants by the analysis of deviations from operational variables, and WRAC (Work task Risk Assessment & Control), which analyzes in detail the work processes to which employees are continuously exposed during routine and sporadic activities and tasks.
