Reduction of already identified risks

For 2010, the challenge is to reduce even further the risks already identified. The systematization and deepening of the training of leaders and holding the courses at all levels of the company are other goals for the period. Within these courses, emphasis is on holding awareness raising training and engagement of safety risk management for the entire workforce. This will contribute to the formation of an expressive critical mass, which will act as an agent of transformation in the safety area, as it will have the appropriate tools and elements of analysis for safety related decision making.
